Head Prefect Care, Guidance and Support
Year 11
My name is Martha and I am honoured to be Head Girl of Care, Guidance & Support at All Saints Academy. I have many aspirations for during my time as Head Girl, all of which include the idea of maintaining a welcoming, friendly and safe environment in our lovely school as well as ensuring there are always avenues of support for any student in the school to access.
As a Cultural Capital Silver Champion and Duke of Edinburgh Bronze status achiever, I believe the qualities of dedication to the task as well as resilience are important. While working toward my Young Leaders Award in which I achieved a special commendation from Archbishop Stephen Cottrell, I learned the importance of charity and helping others around me.
In the time since achieving this award I have further developed my charity work, leadership skills as well as wanting to take the next step in responsibility by becoming a Peer Mentor in Year 10 and ultimately Head Girl.
Throughout my year as Head Girl, I will be working with both the house teams and the inclusivity prefect team to ensure our goals for the year are achieved. I am so excited to see what we can do over the next year. Ultimately, my main goal is to leave a legacy of support, leadership and kindness which will inspire future students to strive for great things.
