Different Gifts

Posted on October 7th 2018

On Thursday 4 October, we opened our doors to the local community, inviting all year 6 children and their families to visit and see why we believe we are the school of choice. Over one hundred All Saints students hosted the evening alongside their teachers.  Our prefects led tours around the building while a quick ‘pit stop’ for cake and coffee helped to raise over £200 for Macmillan Cancer Support. Visitors could pretend they were in the jungle making ‘Bush Tucker’ pizza, make a key ring to take home or even try their hand at an ‘Escape Room’ in Geography. Thank you to all who visited, seeing All Saints in action.

spiritual-giftsRomans 12 : 6-7
We have different gifts, according to the grace given to each of us. If your gift is prophesying, then prophesy in accordance with your faith; if it is serving, then serve; if it is teaching, then teach.

For the last 25 years, since before All Saints existed, people around the world have celebrated World Teachers' Day on October 5th so I would like to take the opportunity to say ‘Thank you’ to all our staff for their continued hard work and dedication.
